As I read my review copy, I felt the pain and agony of Karen Marino’s heart. I experienced the torment of old family wounds exposed. And my heart fluttered with excitement of an old romance rekindled…when it shouldn’t have.

Her husband Barry’s improprieties grew from his own chest of ugly past issues which needed to be unpacked and sorted.

Karen was a bruised reed ready to be healed.  

Barry was a lost sheep, wandering aimlessly without a shepherd.
