Accepted the A-Z Challenge

Women of the Bible from A – Z series begins Sunday, April 1st

I have accepted a challenge to post a new blog 26 of the 30 days of April. It requires the use of the alphabet with topics from A-Z. This “badge” (link) will guide you to others who have accepted the dare. (The badge can also be found on my side bar; just scroll down a bit.)

I have chosen to write on women of the Bible. Some will be familiar names, most will not, and then there were a few letters I’ll have to improvise. I am not a Biblical scholar but a Bible reader. I do love history and mystery; so much of what you read will be research facts along with speculation.

I hope you won't grow tired of visiting the site so frequently this month. I'll try to keep the blogs short, fun, and interesting...no money-back guarantees on the fun and interesting part.

While you're here:
  • Check the What’s Up page for the latest goings on with my writing (1st of month)
  • Read an excerpt from my Fiction W.I.P. (15th of month)
  • Sign up from the side bar to be a
  •       Fellow Sojourner (aka Join this Site)
  •       Facebook follower (aka Join me on Facebook)
  •       Or receive Email notifications (aka Follow LOL4J)
  • Mark the Reaction box(s) below you each blog
  • Better yet, Leave a Comment; I love hearing from you

  4. What a unique theme! I love seeing the never- or rarely-used Biblical names getting some recognition and love. I once read that of the 5,000 or so names in the Bible, only about 5% are still regularly used today, which is a shame.

    1. Thanks, Carrie-Anne, that's an interesting fact. I discovered one of the unique names I'll be using this month while doing family ancestry research. Hope you'll follow me.

    1. Thanks, Dino. A few letters will be something related to women as I can't find names beginning with them. Thanks for hopping by.
